Warehousing station designation enables export-oriented units to access customs warehousing benefits under the Customs Act. Declaration under section 9 of the Customs Act designates the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate at Panoli in District Bharuch, State of Gujarat, as a warehousing station to facilitate setting up hundred per cent export-oriented units and to permit those units to avail customs warehousing treatment and related procedural benefits under the Act.
