of <h1>Coal Tar Pitch Import Exempt from Certain Customs Duties Until May 31, 1987, under Notification No. 333/86-Cus</h1> Notification No. 333/86-Cus, dated June 3, 1986, issued under the Customs Act, 1962, exempts coal tar pitch, classified under Chapter 27 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, from certain customs duties when imported into India. The exemption applies to the portion of the customs duty exceeding 15 percent ad valorem and the entire additional duty under section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act. This exemption is valid until May 31, 1987.
