of <h1>Cork Wood and Waste Added to Customs List for Cricket and Hockey Ball Manufacturing Under Customs Act Amendment</h1> The Central Government, under the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification to include cork wood and cork waste imported for the manufacture of cricket balls and hockey balls. This amendment is made in the public interest and modifies the earlier notification No. 111/84-Customs dated April 21, 1984, by inserting the specified products into the list of items for which cork materials can be imported for manufacturing purposes.
