of <h1>Customs Exemption for Forklift Components Extended by One Year to June 30, 1987, per Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification regarding customs exemptions for components of forklift trucks. The amendment extends the validity of the original notification from June 30, 1986, to June 30, 1987. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest and modifies the earlier notification No. 216/85-Customs issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, dated July 3, 1985.
