of <h1>India exempts propylene co-polymers from customs duty exceeding 60% ad valorem until February 28, 1987, per Notification 521/86-Cus.</h1> The Central Government of India, under the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 521/86-Cus, dated December 31, 1986, to exempt propylene co-polymers classified under heading 39.02 from a portion of the customs duty. The exemption applies to the amount exceeding a 60% ad valorem rate as specified in the First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. This exemption is valid for imports made until February 28, 1987.
