of <h1>Customs Duty Exemption for Oleo Pine Resin Imports for Manufacturing Gum Rosin and Turpentine Until Dec 31, 1987</h1> Notification No. 9/87-Cus, dated January 13, 1987, issued under the Customs Act, 1962, grants an exemption for oleo pine resin, classified under Chapter 13 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. When imported into India for manufacturing gum rosin and turpentine, the resin is exempt from customs duty exceeding 20% ad valorem. This exemption is valid until December 31, 1987, as determined by the Central Government in the public interest.
