The notification amends previous notifications to include exemptions for parts such as wiper assemblies, headlamp assemblies, shock absorbers, gearboxes, dashboard assemblies, air suspension assemblies, water pumps, thermostats, mufflers, piston assemblies, pollution control afterburners, and air/oil/fuel filter assemblies. These amendments apply to notifications dated October 8, 1984, March 17, 1985, and December 5, 1985, enhancing the scope of exemptions for vehicle components.
