of <h1>Government Exempts Certain Goods from Auxiliary Customs Duty per Notification No. 113/87-Cus, Subject to Specific Conditions</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and the Finance Bill, 1987, has issued Notification No. 113/87-Cus. dated 1-3-1987, exempting certain goods from the auxiliary duty of customs. This exemption applies to goods partially or wholly exempt from the customs duty specified in the First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as per various notifications listed in the Schedule. The exemption is subject to conditions outlined in the respective notifications. The Schedule includes a comprehensive list of notifications dating from January 1953 to March 1987.
