of <h1>Morampalli Hamlet Designated as Warehousing Station for Export-Oriented Undertakings under Customs Act, 1962, Section 9.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, exercising its authority under section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 137/87-Cus, dated March 24, 1987. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 408/86-Customs, dated August 16, 1986. It designates Morampalli hamlet in Kodur Village, Chilamathur Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, as a warehousing station. This designation is intended to facilitate the establishment of hundred percent export-oriented undertakings in the area.
