The amendment pertains to the entry in S. No. 27 of the notification's table, replacing the existing entry with 'Flax, Ramie, Sisal and Manila Hemp fibre.' This change is enacted in the public interest under the authority of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931.
