These notifications include No. 232-Customs dated August 18, 1983, No. 281-Customs dated November 19, 1984, No. 67-Customs dated March 17, 1985, and No. 76-Customs dated March 1, 1987. The decision was formalized through Notification No. 185/87-Cus, dated April 29, 1987, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue.
