of <h1>Customs Notification Expiration Date Extended to April 30, 1988, Under Section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 251/86-Customs, originally issued on 16th April 1986, under the authority of Section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 219/87-Customs dated 18th May 1987, changes the expiration date in paragraph 2 from '30th day of June, 1987' to '30th day of April, 1988.' The amendment is made in the public interest, extending the validity of the previous customs exemption notification.
