of <h1>Govt Amends Customs Notification to Update Import List with Eyelets, Hooks, and More Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 224/85-Customs, dated July 9, 1985, by issuing Notification No. 290/87-Cus on August 10, 1987, under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment replaces Serial No. 10 in the original notification with a new list of items, which includes eyelets, hooks, rings, magnetic locks/buttons, push clips, metal handles, turn-key buttons, key chain holders, decorative pieces made of various materials, and other related items. This change is made in the public interest as per the powers conferred by the Customs Act.
