The amendment, made in the public interest, modifies the annexure of the original notification. Specifically, against Serial No. 9 in column 2, the words 'Moulds, Dies, Instruments' are added after the word 'Fixtures.' This change is formalized under Notification No. 351/87-Cus, dated November 10, 1987, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
