of <h1>Export of End Products Allowed via New Mangalore Port; Certain Materials Excluded Under Customs Act Amendment</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 140/87-Cus, dated March 27, 1987, under the Customs Act, 1962, to allow the export of end products through the Customs Port of New Mangalore. This amendment applies to products manufactured from specific materials, excluding nylon fibre, nylon yarn, nylon fabrics, polyester fibre, polyester yarn, polyester fabrics, stainless steel sheets, stainless steel strips, magnetic tapes, precious metals, metals clad with precious metals, and related articles. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest and is formalized under Notification No. 12/88-Cus, dated February 19, 1988.
