of <h1>Government Extends Validity of Customs Notification No. 306/85 Until March 31, 1990, Under Section 25 of Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Central Government has extended the validity of Notification No. 306/85-Customs, originally dated October 1, 1985, by amending its expiry date. The original notification, which was set to expire on March 31, 1988, will now remain in effect until March 31, 1990. This amendment is carried out under the authority of sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, as it is deemed necessary in the public interest. This change is formalized through Notification No. 107/88-Customs, dated March 24, 1988.
