Under Section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 176/88-Cus., dated May 19, 1988, issued by the Central Government under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, rescinds Notification No. 26/79-Cus., dated January 31, 1979. This action is taken in the public interest by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, to revoke the previously issued customs exemption notification.
