of <h1>Customs Notification No. 356/86 Amended: Validity Extended to May 31, 1989 Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 356/86-Customs, originally issued on June 17, 1986, extending its validity. This amendment, made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, changes the expiration date in paragraph 2 of the notification from '31st May, 1988' to '31st May, 1989.' This extension is deemed necessary in the public interest and is formalized through Notification No. 186/88-Customs, dated May 30, 1988.
