of <h1>Central Government Extends Validity of Customs Notification No. 474/86 to June 30, 1989, under Section 25(1) of Customs Act.</h1> The Central Government has extended the validity of Notification No. 474/86-Customs, originally issued on November 28, 1986, under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, effective through Notification No. 200/88-Cus dated June 16, 1988, changes the expiration date in paragraph 2 from June 30, 1988, to June 30, 1989. This extension is made in the public interest, utilizing the powers granted under section 25(1) of the Customs Act.
