Customs exemption added for projectile shuttleless looms, expanding notified tariff relief under amended notification. Amendment inserts projectile type shuttleless looms (Sulzer type) as Sl. No. 32 into the Table of Notification No. 21/88 Cus, thereby extending the customs exemption to that specified machinery by exercise of the Central Government's power under the Customs Act in the public interest.
