of <h1>Customs Duty on Goods Reduced to 25%; Injection Blow Moulding Machine Added to Exemptions List under Notification 313/88.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 250/88-Customs, dated September 16, 1988, under the Customs Act, 1962, to serve public interest. The amendment reduces the customs duty rate from 35% ad valorem to 25% ad valorem. Additionally, a new entry, 'Injection blow moulding machine,' is added to the table of exemptions following Serial No. 4. This change is formalized in Notification No. 313/88-Customs, dated December 9, 1988.
