of <h1>'Lead Pencils' Added to Customs Exemptions List for Nepal Imports under Section 25(1) of Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a prior notification from July 2, 1980. This amendment, dated December 30, 1988, adds 'Lead Pencils' as Serial No. 67 to the schedule of goods eligible for customs exemptions. This decision is made in the public interest and pertains to the import of goods manufactured in Nepal.
