of <h1>Deadline for Re-importing Goods from Antarctica Expeditions Extended to 1993 Under Customs Act Section 25 Amendment.</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification from January 16, 1985. This amendment extends the deadline for the re-importation of goods used in Antarctica expeditions. Originally set to expire on December 31, 1988, the deadline is now extended to December 31, 1993. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest and is formalized under Notification No. 331/88-Cus, dated December 30, 1988.
