of <h1>Customs Notification 169/88-Cus. Validity Extended to September 30, 1989, Under Section 25(1) of the Customs Act.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 169/88-Cus. [Ch. 39] by extending its validity. Originally set to expire on March 31, 1989, the validity has now been extended to September 30, 1989. This amendment is made under the powers granted by section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The amendment is formalized through Notification No. 124/89-Cus., dated March 16, 1989, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
