<h1>India Revises Tariff Values for Palm Oils, Brass Scrap, and Soybean Oil Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Cus. (N.T.) concerning tariff values for certain goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment revises the tariff values for crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, RBD palmolein, crude palmolein, brass scrap (all grades), and crude soyabean oil. The new tariff values per metric tonne are set at $432 for crude palm oil, $460 for RBD palm oil, $470 for RBD palmolein, $454 for crude palmolein, $1028 for brass scrap, and $542 for crude soyabean oil. This amendment is effective as of November 26, 2002.
