of <h1>Central Government Extends Customs Exemption Notifications 514/86-Cus. and 333/88-Cus. to 31st December 1990 under Section 25.</h1> The Central Government has extended the validity of two customs exemption notifications, originally issued as Notification Nos. 514/86-Cus. and 333/88-Cus., under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendments, effective through Notification No. 282/89-Cus. dated 28th December 1989, change the expiration date in both notifications from 31st December 1989 to 31st December 1990. This extension is deemed necessary in the public interest, as per the powers granted under Section 25 of the Customs Act.
