of <h1>Customs Notification No. 155/86 Amended: New Entry Added for Tariff Exemption, Effective July 26, 1990.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 155/86-Customs, originally issued on March 1, 1986, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective from July 26, 1990, involves an addition to clause (2) of the Explanation in the original notification. Specifically, after the entry for 'No. 60/87-Customs, dated March 1, 1987,' a new entry 'No. 124/90-Customs, dated March 20, 1990' is inserted. This change is made in the public interest as part of the miscellaneous exemption notifications related to customs tariffs.
