Customs amendment inserts new schedule entry under statutory powers, modifying auxiliary duty notification and its schedule entries. Central Government, exercising powers under the Customs Act and the Finance Act, amends Notification No. 180/90 Customs by inserting, after Sl. No. 273, a new Sl. No. 274 identifying Notification No. 230 Customs dated 1st August 1990, thereby adding that notification to the Schedule of the original instrument.
