of <h1>Amendment to Customs Notification: FSH Injection and Inactivated Rabies Vaccine Added to Customs Exemptions List for Life-Saving Drugs.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 208/81-Customs, dated September 22, 1981, under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective from October 1, 1990, adds two items to the list of life-saving drugs or medicines eligible for customs exemptions. The newly included items are Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) Injection and Inactivated Rabies Vaccine (Vero Cell). This change is deemed necessary in the public interest to facilitate the importation of these essential medical products.
