of <h1>Government Extends Customs Notification Validity to March 31, 1991, Per Section 25(1) of Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 348/85-Customs, originally dated December 5, 1985, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment extends the validity of the notification from December 31, 1990, to March 31, 1991. The decision was made in the public interest by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue.
