of <h1>Customs Act Amendment: 'Terry Towel and Cloth' Added to Notification No. 203/90-Customs for Public Interest.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended Notification No. 203/90-Customs dated June 21, 1990. This amendment, issued on January 3, 1991, adds a new entry to the existing notification. Following serial number 79, a new serial number 80 has been inserted, which includes 'Terry towel and terry towel cloth' in the list of items covered by the notification. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
