Tariff heading amendment replaces dual heading reference with single heading and removes a corresponding table entry. The Central Government, under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, amends Notification No. 58/90-Customs by substituting the opening paragraph's reference to two headings with heading No. 44.03 and by omitting S. No. 3 and its entries from the Table annexed to that notification.
