of <h1>Government Amends Customs Notifications Under Section 25 of Customs Act 1962; Updates Entries and Monetary Conditions</h1> The Central Government has issued amendments to seven customs notifications under section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, to serve the public interest. These amendments include the omission of certain serial numbers and entries in notifications dated 1979 and 1989, changes in monetary conditions from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 60,000 in a 1985 notification, and the addition of new entries such as 'Granulated Silver Oxide' and 'On Line Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Machine' in notifications from 1989 and 1990. Additionally, specific entries have been substituted, including a change to '100% ad valorem' for a 1990 notification.
