Validity to July 31, 1992, Under Customs Act Section 25</h1> The Central Government has extended the validity of Notification No. 287/87-Cus., originally dated August 7, 1987, by amending the expiration date from July 31, 1991, to July 31, 1992. This amendment, issued under Notification No. 119/91-Cus. on July 31, 1991, is executed under the authority of sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962. The extension is deemed necessary in the public interest and pertains to miscellaneous exemption notifications under the customs tariff regulations.
