of <h1>Central Government Amends Customs Notification to Exempt Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone Under Section 25(1) of Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of Section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended Notification No. 45/79-Customs from March 1, 1979, through Notification No. 125/91-Cus dated September 11, 1991. This amendment, deemed necessary in the public interest, adds two bulk drugs, Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone, to the exemption list in the notification's annexed table, following serial number 98.
