of <h1>Amendment to Customs Notification Allows Transfer of Goods Between EOUs and Zones with Approval</h1> Notification No. 9/92-Cus, dated January 3, 1992, amends Notification No. 13/81-Cus, issued by the Government of India under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment introduces condition No. (8A), allowing the Assistant Collector of Customs to authorize the supply or transfer of goods manufactured by a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) to another EOU or to a unit in a Free Trade Zone or Export Processing Zone. This is subject to conditions set by the Assistant Collector and requires approval from the Board of Approval for 100% Export Oriented Undertakings.
