of <h1>Transferable Advance Licence Imports Exempt from Duties per Notification No. 18/92-Cus; Exclusions Include Fabrics and Elastic Webbing.</h1> The Central Government exempts materials imported into India under a Transferable Advance Licence from customs and additional duties, as per Notification No. 18/92-Cus dated 15-1-1992. This exemption applies if the licence includes a complete description, quantity, and value of the materials and endorsements by the Licensing Authority confirming export details. The licence must relate to exports of Engineering, Leather, or Textile products with published input-output norms and be issued from specified ports or airports. Exemptions do not apply to fabrics, elastic webbing, or synthetic soft waste.
