of <h1>Government exempts goods from auxiliary customs duty per Finance Act, 1991, for March 1992 in public interest.</h1> Notification No. 132/92-Cus, dated March 1, 1992, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962 and the Finance Act, 1991, exempts all goods specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, from the auxiliary duty of customs. This exemption applies to the entire auxiliary duty levied under subsection (1) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1991, for the period from March 1, 1992, to March 31, 1992, as it is deemed necessary in the public interest.
