These rules define key terms, appoint a Director General to investigate market disruptions, and set guidelines for initiating investigations, determining provisional and final findings, and imposing duties. Duties are non-discriminatory and can be reviewed or extended if necessary. Confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained, and refunds are issued if final duties are lower than provisional ones. The rules were rescinded in 2015.
