Customs duty exemption: amendment substitutes item (a) to state whole duty leviable under First Schedule. Amendment substitutes item (a) in the opening paragraph of Notification No. 90/92 Cus to state that specified machinery or equipment shall be subject to the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said First Schedule, made under the powers of sub section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
