of <h1>Government Revokes Customs Exemption Notifications 93/92 and 94/92 under Section 25(1) of Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has decided to rescind Notification Nos. 93/92-Customs and 94/92-Customs, both dated March 1, 1992. This decision, formalized through Notification No. 177/92-Customs dated April 30, 1992, is made in the public interest by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, thereby nullifying the previously issued customs exemption notifications.
