of <h1>Customs Notification Update: Amendments to Lists 31, 45, and 46 Include New Machinery for Textile Industry Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 110/2003-Customs, dated 17th July 2003, amends the earlier notification No. 21/2002-Customs. The amendments involve changes to various lists in the annexure. In List 31, item (15) is omitted, and items (19) and (21) are updated to include specific dyeing machines. New items (41) to (43) are added. In List 45, items (8) and (9) are removed. List 46 is expanded to include machinery for manufacturing denim fabrics and non-woven textiles, as well as other textile industry machinery. These changes are made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962.
