of <h1>India Amends Customs Notification for Nepal Imports: Percentage Requirement Changed from 65% to 55% Effective July 1992.</h1> The Central Government of India has amended Notification No. 203/90-Customs, originally issued on June 21, 1990, concerning goods manufactured in and imported from Nepal. This amendment, effective from July 10, 1992, changes the specified percentage in the original notification from '65 per cent' to '55 per cent.' The amendment is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary in the public interest.
