Auxiliary duty amendment alters customs notification schedule by omitting an entry and inserting a replacement. The Government, invoking statutory delegated powers under customs and finance legislation, hereby amends Notification No. 190/92-Customs by omitting S. No. 282 and its entry from the Schedule and inserting, after S. No. 311, a new S. No. 312 cross-referencing another notification.
