of <h1>'Drier-cum-calciner' Added to Customs Tariff Exemption List in Amended Notification No. 90/92-Customs, Effective October 1992.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 90/92-Customs, originally issued on March 1, 1992, under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective as of October 1, 1992, adds a new item, 'Drier-cum-calciner,' to the list of specified machinery and equipment eligible for customs tariff exemptions. This change is made in the public interest, as per the powers granted by the Customs Act.
