of <h1>Central Government Updates Customs Exemption List: New Oils Added Effective October 1992 Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 203/90-Customs, dated June 21, 1990, under the Customs Act, 1962, to include additional items in the exemption list. The amendment, effective from October 16, 1992, adds several oils to the table of exempted goods: Cintronella Oil, Jata Mansi Oil, Valerian Resinoid Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Basil Oil, Chamomile Oil, Tagates Oil, Valerian Absolute, and Calamuc Oil. This change is made in the public interest as per the powers conferred by the Customs Act.
