of <h1>Central Government Rescinds 1994 Customs Notification via Notification No. 104/2003-Customs; Prior Actions Remain Valid.</h1> Notification No. 104/2003-Customs, dated 10th July 2003, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, rescinds Notification No. 117/94-Customs, dated 27th April 1994. This decision, made in the public interest, nullifies the earlier customs notification except for actions already taken or omitted under it. The notification was published in the Gazette of India and is signed by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
