of <h1>Customs Duty Rates Revised for Plastic Resins: Polyethylene 65%, Polypropylene 75%, Polystyrene 55%, PVC 45%</h1> Notification No. 32/93-Cus, dated February 28, 1993, amends Notification No. 49/90-Cus to establish effective customs duties on specified plastic resins and articles under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendments revise the duty rates for various plastic materials: polyethylene and its copolymers at 65% ad valorem, polypropylene and its copolymers at 75%, polystyrene and its copolymers at 55%, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers at 45%, polysulphones at 65%, and polyvinyldene difluoride sheets at 60%. These changes are made in the public interest by the Central Government.
