of <h1>Amendment to Customs Notification 101/93: Changes in Licensing Terms for 100% Export-Oriented Units Effective June 18, 1993</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 101/93-Customs, dated 16th March 1993, concerning materials supplied to a hundred percent Export-Oriented Undertaking. Under the Customs Act, 1962, this amendment, effective from 18th June 1993, introduces changes to paragraph 2, adding a clause for licenses issued after 31st March 1993. Additionally, in the Explanation, clause (iii), sub-clause (b), the term 'value of the licence' has been revised to specify 'value of the licence issued up to 31st March 1993.' These amendments reflect adjustments in licensing terms for export-oriented activities.
