of <h1>Government Amends Customs Notification to Include Additional Reference for Import Facilitation Under Customs Act 1962</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 155/86-Customs, dated March 1, 1986, under the Customs Act, 1962, to include additional references in the explanation section. Specifically, in EXPLANATION (2), the original reference to 'No. 153/92-Customs, dated the 26th March, 1992,' is now expanded to include 'No. 60/93-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1993.' This amendment, effective from August 16, 1993, is enacted in the public interest to facilitate the importation of parts for the manufacture of specified articles.
